Guaranteed Claiming

Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.
T. S. Eliot

In my experience, some business owners are aware of vendor funded marketing but they do not even begin the approach because they are afraid that they would not be able to claim at the end of the day. They are aware that each vendor has a rulebook about the size and thickness of a telephone book and this should be followed religiously. They are also aware that even just the slightest misstep can mean rejection for their vendor funded marketing claim and, therefore, a huge loss in their books. If you go ahead with your marketing plans, banking on, for example, a R200 000 budget due to vendor funded marketing and your claim is rejected, then that R200 000 would have come from your own pocket.

But remember, the old saying still stands – especially when it comes to vendor funded marketing:

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

You may wonder why the title of this article talks about guaranteed claiming. It goes something like this. If you put your trust in the hands of a proven partner, someone who understands vendor funded marketing inside and out, someone who understands every line in the thick rulebook – the one which should be followed religiously – then you are, in a sense, guaranteed to receive your vendor funded marketing money when you ask for it.

I know this because that is what my team and I have been doing for our clients. The Marketing Hub understands vendor funded marketing inside and out and we know the rules for each vendor. That is how my team and I have been able to access the marketing funds for each of our clients and we will continue to do so because we keep up-to-date with the rules of each vendor. And that is why I can say that we here at The Marketing Hub can guarantee vendor funded marketing.
